Reduce speech anxiety with deep breathing

Thanks for your speech anxiety hypnosis. I found it really helpful as a musician who has to play and talk in front of crowds.
Before I used to be a mess before going out to perform and now I am heaps more relaxed.
I also find it very helpful to do breathing exercises to reduce my public speaking anxiety.
I spend about 5 minutes before performing just doing my breathing exercises. Focusing my mind on breathing in and out and tuning all the other stuff out is really helpful for me to reduce my speech anxiety and performance anxiety.
