Listen to your body for stress management

What is your body telling you? How does your body react to stress. When you are stressed out do you sweat, or get butterflies in your stomach? Or do you find it hard to concentrate or get frustrated easily?

What situations cause you stress? I find I get stressed with a lack of time? I also find that I get stressed when I perceive that I am not being listened to.
