Get to the source of stress

by Gaz

What is important to me is finding out what is causing me stress. If I can I work out was is creating my stress and then solve the problem.

Hi Gaz,

I think finding the main cause of stress and then applying various problem solving techniques for your biggest cause of stress is a good way to deal with stress.

I have recently written some materials that you may find helpful. You can download a stress diary which can help you to isolate your cause of stress and develop stress management goals.

I have also just recently added a structured problem solving technique that you can download and apply to each cause of stress for you.

Let me know how you go.

All the best
Kell
