Get a positive attitude - reduce my negative thinking

by Brian
(USA)

I find that keeping a positive attitude by trying to stay optimistic that there will be a positive outcome is useful.

I also find that maintaining a sense of humor and trying to see the light side of the thing that is stressing me - or a learning experience can be a useful stress reducer.

I keep it in mind that all those 100 year olds I see interviewed on TV all seem to have a pretty good outlook on life.

This helps to keep a positive outlook and positive thoughts in response to stress.
