Chamomile tea recipe

by Kell

Chamomile tea is probably one of the most popular herbal teas in the world.

Hot chamomile tea

One cup of boiling water to be poured over one teaspoon of chamomile flowers.

Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.

Then strain the tea.

To bring out the natural sweetness of the flowers add one teaspoon of honey.

PS. Chamomile tea can be purchased in most stores. When purchasing chamomile tea bags try to make sure that they use chamomile flowers rather than chamomile leaves which are an inexpensive and inferior filler.
