Anger management tip - Control your anger by taking a deep breath

I find that taking a deep breath and counting to ten can help to control your anger.
As hard as it is, I also try to avoid an impulsive reaction as this more often than not results in regret at my outburst.
I also find that exercising gets rid of any pent up anxiety or stress, and makes it less likely that I am going to get angry.
